i’ve always been hesitant about posting anything personal. but if not here..where?
Passer on by, pitter pat pitter pat—
As the cold washes freckles to and from the skin
Melting ephemeral with the eternal moment.
Mind’s crescendo, decrescendo of lulling thought
Nestles deep in it’s happenstance found niche, dreams trickling down and down.
Aperture close, open,
light come and go
Catch me if you so choose
But only snatch a moment, minute enough to call a memory.. I guess.
Whips of cumulous, nimbus scatter my thoughts
Those as intangible and perplexing as the drops you gather
For clean is the world when a little of your hard worked sweat is shed.
